What we do with your data

Short, because we collect very little. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. We only receive data when you fill in the form yourself.

01Who the controller is

02What we collect

Exactly what is needed to reply to your inquiry. Nothing beyond that.

FROM THE FORM

Company name, the contact person’s name, a work e-mail address, optionally a phone number, and which kinds of vehicles you deal in. The phone field can be left empty.

AUTOMATICALLY

The IP address the form was sent from — solely to limit how many submissions come from one address and to filter out bots. It also appears in standard server logs.

ANSWERING YOUR INQUIRY

The basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

PROTECTING THE FORM

Rate limiting and blocking bots is our legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not profile, we make no automated decisions, we send no newsletter and we pass no data to third parties for marketing.

04How long we keep it

Correspondence from the form is kept for as long as the sales conversation runs, and afterwards for the limitation period of any claims. If nothing comes of the conversation, we delete it no later than two years after the last contact. The IP-based counter clears itself after an hour.

05Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the providers without whom the site could not run: the hosting company and the mail provider our messages go out through. Both act as processors under data processing agreements. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

06Cookies and tracking

This site stores no cookies, uses neither Google Analytics nor any other analytics tool, embeds no advertising pixels and writes nothing to browser storage. The typefaces are hosted on our own server, so your browser makes no background connection to any third-party domain. That is why you will not see a consent banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

07Your rights

At any time you may:

request access to your data and a copy of what we hold,
correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete,
request erasure of your data or restriction of its processing,
object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
request that your data be ported to another controller,
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe we process data unlawfully.

Write to the contact address — we reply within a month, usually far sooner. Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we have no way to answer.
